By making a purchase from and using this website, you agree to these terms of use. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood these terms before using our site.

 

Confirmation
After receiving your order, we'll send an electronic invoice to your email as confirmation. Please ensure your email address is correct and save this message for future customer service inquiries. This confirmation also serves as proof of purchase.

You may pay with either credit or debit cards. SKANDI does not store any credit card numbers.

Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank.

Promotional Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.

 

Taxes

Norway

All prices shown on the SKANDI website, www.skandi.no, are including 25 %
VAT in accordance with the applicable legislation.

All orders in Norway are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - all taxes and duties are included in the product prices.

 

Outside of Norway

All the prices shown on the SKANDI website, www.skandi.no, are including VAT in accordance with the applicable legislation. Import duties may apply. 

 

Shipping and delivery

SKANDI provides worldwide shipping in partnership with BRING and DHL. All goods are delivered within 1-6 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page (pre-order or made to order). 

During periods of high demand and countries outside of Norway the delivery time may be longer.

Please check the shipping costs that apply for your country before you purchase. 

You will receive SMS/E-Mail from our shipping partner, please answer this if you wish to make flexible changes while your purchase is on its way to you.

Returns

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received your order.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Swimwear, underwear and earrings can not be returned.

Items marked as "made to order" is not possible to return. 

If you need to return any of your items, please contact us at support@skandi.no and you will receive the shipping label from us. Your payment excluding the shipping cost, will be refunded to you a soon as we receive your return.

 

Refunds

Refunds from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with, within 4-10 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Complaints

In the event of a defect in the item, you must contact us at support@skandi.no to receive a complaint form that you have to fill out.

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods/products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged.

If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier.

Defective products returned to SKANDI should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.

SKANDI has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.

Personal information

When signing in and shopping at SKANDI, we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. SKANDI treats all personal information confidential. SKANDI may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website.

The storage of information and the processing of this information is not permitted unless the user has been informed of, and has consented to, what information is processed, what the purpose of this processing is and who processes the information.

Conflict resolution 

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority for mediation. Forbrukertilsynet is available on phone 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no. The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint.
